Lisa Reynolds
Lisa is an experienced coach, career consultant and executive recruiter with a reputation as a dynamic and professional practitioner. She has 15 years experience of coaching middle to executive level managers in a wide range of organisations. Lisa has completed an ILM endorsed coaching accreditation programme, is NLP trained and a qualified psychometric assessor. She is also a member of the Association for Coaching.
Prior to joining the GAP People team, Lisa spent over 15 years in the recruitment industry. This included a four-year period when she built and ran her own successful recruitment business before joining a global executive search firm in a leadership role. As a senior partner at GAP People, Lisa heads up our recruitment division and also leads a number of our coaching projects.
Lisa has a positive, enthusiastic and down to earth approach that quickly puts people at ease. Her credibility comes from a strong commercial background and real passion and commitment for finding and developing talented senior individuals.
Lisa likes to spend her free time enjoying a wide variety of theatre, film and music and also traveling (when work schedules permit!) She enjoys keeping fit and healthy through regular exercise and Pilates as well as getting out into the countryside as often as possible.
