Lisa has a background of over 15 years within management recruitment, career coaching and business management. A qualified executive and career coach, she has completed ILM coach accreditation and NLP training, is a member of the Association for Coaching and a psychometric assessor.
A senior team member at GAP People, Lisa manages our strategic marketing activities and heads up our recruitment team. She also delivers coaching and outplacement assignments.
Lisa has a positive, enthusiastic and down to earth approach that quickly puts people at ease. She has a strong commercial background and real passion and commitment for what she does.
These attributes combined enable her to provide empathy and whole-hearted support to her clients, helping them to achieve excellent results.
Lisa likes to spend her free time enjoying a wide variety of music events and theatre. She also enjoys keeping fit and healthy through regular exercise, yoga and dance as well as getting outside into the countryside as often as possible!
