GAP People grow their recruitment division
In response to growing requests from clients for us to help them with their senior recruitment requirements we are pleased to announce that Lisa Reynolds will now be leading our recruitment team.
Helping organisations realise their potential, operate effectively and perform at their best, starts with hiring and engaging the right people. GAP People works closely with clients to help them identify, attract, select and retain top performing and high potential managers and leaders.
We also offer transitional coaching in the initial stages of appointment as well as longer-term coaching and development programmes for new hires.
Our focus is not only finding the right person with the correct skills and right cultural fit, it’s about also working in partnership with our clients to help the appointed candidate optimise their performance and add optimum value to the organisation.
