We use psychometrics, career interest inventories and other diagnostic tools to help us gain insight. Typically these clients are at a career crossroads and are having to think about and make choices about their next steps.
Redundancy planning – we provide expert assistance to help companies plan the demanding process of reducing headcount and making redundancy decisions from how to select employees for redundancy, delivering the message and organising the process.
