Executive Search - providing targeted and thorough candidate research and identification we utilize our wide networks to map target organisations and identify suitable candidates. We then make highly professional and discreet approaches and manage the selection and assessment process to shortlist.
Advertised Selection – providing online and print media guidance and managing our client’s recruitment advertising campaign from media selection, response management throughout the full candidate selection and assessment process.
Search Plus - we combine targeted search with online and / or print advertising to access both active and passive candidate markets and then manage the full candidate selection and assessment process.
Psychometric Assessment – we conduct personality assessment as part of our standard recruitment process on all short-listed candidates. We are also able to offer a full range of additional type and behavioural assessment and ability tests within the recruitment process as required.
Assessment Centres – we design bespoke assessment centres in line with the competencies and requirements of the specified job role. This would typically include business simulation exercises, case studies, personality and ability assessment as well as competency based interviewing according to best practice, all designed and facilitated by a qualified Business Psychologist and using experienced specialist Consultants
On-boarding and transitional coaching – working closely with clients we ensure that the appointed candidates’ on-boarding process runs smoothly. We also offer transitional coaching for new starters in the first 30, 60 or 90 days of employment to aid their engagement and optimize their performance.
